A refreshing, alcohol-free toner that helps balance skin's tone and texture while removing dead, dry skin cells — revealing healthy, radiant skin.
This special formulation balances skin's natural acids, removes excess oils, refines and purifies pores, soothes and softens skin, all while moisturizing and conditioning skin. Removes excess surface oil without drying, leaving skin even-toned and soft.

Directions
Apply to clean skin with a cotton ball or pad, morning and night as needed.
Allow Toner to dry and follow with Repairing Treatment.
