Each capsule provides:
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry extract 60mg
Equiv. Withania somnifera root dry 1.5g
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg
Equiv. Valeriana officinalis root dry 1.25g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 50mg
Equiv. Humulus lupulus fruit dry 300mg
Directions
Take 2 capsules once daily an hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
