High strength, one-a-day dose, may help manage your skin problems and disorders, helps support wound healing, and maintain a healthy immune function. If you do not have a healthy balanced diet of meat, shellfish, beans, seeds, nuts ,dairy ,eggs and wholegrains, you may need to take a zinc supplement.  Adults take 1 capsule per day with food. Each capsule contains: Zinc amino acid chelat (Zinc 20mg ) 100mg. Zinc sulfate monohydrate (Zinc 25mg ) 68.6mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxin (Vitamin B6) 20mg) 24,3mg. Selenomethionine (selenium 26 micrograms) 65 micrograms. Store below 30°C, in a cool dry location. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. (Selenium is a powerful antioxidant and may help boost immunity). Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period ( 40mg is the upper amount unless you have a Zinc deficiency) .
