- Ascophyllum nodosum blade and stem powder 41.60 mg, equiv. Iodine 37.5 micrograms;

- Curcuma longa (Turmeric) ext. dry conc. 200 mg, from rhizome dry 2 g;

- Plectranthus barbatus (Coleus) root ext. dry conc. 17.65 mg, from root dry 1.2 g;

- Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root ext. dry conc. 40 mg, from root dry 400 mg;

- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5 mg;

- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 10 mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 7.81 mg, equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5 mg;

- Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 25 micrograms;

- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg;

- Chromic chloride hexahydrate 512.3 micrograms, equiv. Chromium 100 micrograms;

- Selenomethionine 93.1 micrograms, equiv. Selenium 37.5 micrograms;

- Zinc citrate dihydrate 18.67 mg, equiv. Zinc 6 mg;

- Tyrosine 250 mg.

Directions
