Directions
Directions for use:
Adults: Using a dry spoon, take 3g (1 metric teaspoon) daily.
Children over 5 years: Using a dry spoon, take 3g (1 metric teaspoon) daily for immune support.
Mix into water, juice, milk or sprinkle on your breakfast cereal.
Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
